My sweet girl is one! I am so mind blown at how fast the year has gone. You don't realize how quickly time goes by until you have a child. The amount of things a child learns in a year is amazing! So let me tell you a little bit about Holly. A lot of people ask if she was planned and YES she was! She is my dream come true. I have always wanted a little girl and after what seemed like forever we found out we were excepting. She was a big baby at 8 pounds 15 ounces and 23 inches long. She is now 19 pounds 15 ounces and 30 inches long. She can say mama, dada, dog, yeah and Dory. She is full of energy and always has a smile on her face. She can clap, dance, wave, give kisses, high five, and stand. She started walking right after her first birthday! Yay! She loves her dogs, Dory, Dr Seuss, bubble baths, and BBQ. For Hollys first birthday we did a deer themed. When she was three months we took her to see the Easter bunny at Bass Pro Shop and we got her a pink camouflage deer. It became her favorite toy from that day on and I knew that's what I wanted the theme for her first birthday to be. Although Holly came to love Dory more than her deer I wanted to keep the party deer themed. Her bathroom and all her toys were all Dory so she had enough Dory already. Also, the new movie had just come out and I assumed a lot of people would be doing a Dory theme. I wanted her party to be unique but I also figured this is the only party theme I'll get to choose before she gets to pick out what she wants.
